Robert Burns (January 25, 1759 – July 21, 1796)

Robert Burns, the national poet of Scotland. Last night we celebrated his birth long long ago, we ate haggis and drank whisky. I'll admit I preferred the whisky, but here's the haggis!

It was a top night - and my first experience of the wonder of Haggis. Apprently you're meant to douse your haggis in whiskey for added flavour, or perhaps to disguise the flavour. Whatever, it gives the best of both worlds.
