You can't beat a good bit of Jazzzz

Out with the gang last night, went to The Bishop On The Bridge in Winchester, it was just an arbitrary choice at the time, but what a good one! I had no idea there was gonna be a band there, and when they were setting up I was thinking "errrrr, what are these old timers going to be doing to our ear drums?"
They started up,
and were brilliant, with a total age of nearly 300 years, they performed like they were in their teens. The drummer, on the left in the pic, made the hair on the back of your neck stand up and tingle. Old people playing jazz rock!!
I've heard youngsters playing similar music, but they never seem to get as much passion and feeling into it, guess they will given time.

I sent the pics to the band, who are evidently called the Riverside Jazz Band. Apparently they like playing to a crowd like us!!!!

Sorry i missed it! Sounded like a great night.
